Typically, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order,
but some orders may take up to 3 days before they ship due to holidays, weekends,
etc. Many times, it leaves the same day it is ordered.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from
ExpressPaint. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, it is possible that
you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, your spam guard is blocking our e-mails,
or your order is on hold requiring verification from you. For questions and/or more

ExpressPaint will accept payment via Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, and PayPal. California residents: State sales tax of 9% will be applied
in addition to standard shipping & handing charges.
All touch-up pens and jars will be shipped by US Mail and
we can ship to 48 continental U.S, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses. This is the
most economical and quickest method for small shipments. Anything larger than touch-up
pens and jars will be shipped via Fed-Ex and we can only ship to a physical address
(no PO Box) in the 48 continental U.S and Canada only.
Fed-Ex packages that are over $100 will require a signature for
We cannot accept orders for Next-Day, 2nd-Day, 3-Day Air
or any other express shipping methods. We have a special shipping license through
these companies for shipping paint and therefore cannot ship DHL, Airborne Express,
International Orders (including Canada):
The transit time for international shipments
varies based on the point of export and the destination country or region. Duties
and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Depending on the country
you live in, delivery time can vary widely: from 14 days to as many as 60 days.
It is recommended that you check your local postal system for an estimated shipping
time before placing your order.
All touch-up pens and jars will be shipped by US Mail to Canada. Anything larger will be shipped via Fed-Ex, however, shipping via Fed-Ex will have a $10 shipping surcharge on top of the regular shipping fee charged on the web site.
International Orders (other than Canada):
* All ExpressPaint color codes and
formulas are based on U.S standards. Non-US vehicles can have the same color code,
but have a slightly different color. ExpressPaint is not liable for color variations
with international orders.* We can only ship 1/2 oz. touch up pens and/or
2 oz. touch up jars to international addresses. There will be an additional $5 shipping
charge on top of the regular shipping fee charged on the website. All orders sent
outside US are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Delivery time for most places in the continental U.S. is 3-7 business days.
Canceling an Order:
All orders are custom made and filled on a per order basis. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled if the paint has already been made. Please note that we work very hard to ship your paint as quickly as possible. Therefore, our technicians are often mixing your specific paint order within minutes of the order being placed.
Return & Exchange Policy:
ExpressPaint is extremely serious about customer
satisfaction. We rarely have to exchange or have paint returned, but occasionally
situations do arise where it may be necessary.
Please note that we can only accept returns for order or color match problems
for 30 days from the date you place your order. Please check the color match and
make sure your order is complete and correct immediately upon receiving it. Sorry,
but we are unable to provide refunds/exchange on pre-1981 vehicle colors even if
the color does not match. We will try our best to mix the paint for a strong match,
but due to age and changes in tonors, custom matching is recommended.
All sales are FINAL after 30 days; no exceptions.

Since every order is custom-made when the order is placed, there is a 25% restocking
charge on the original dollar amount of the paint. If a package is refused or undeliverable
through no fault of ExpressPaint, the same policy as a regular order will apply.
All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
This restocking charge applies to any order that has not been opened or altered
in any way. If the order has been opened, sprayed, altered or used, we cannot provide
a refund, but we can exchange the paint if necessary. If you have used the paint
and have encountered a problem, please contact us immediately. We will try to diagnose
the issue. If we cannot remedy the problem, then we will arrange an inspection of
the problem. This usually consists of sending the paint and a part to us to check
the color. An ExpressPaint customer service representative will arrange this for
These are the conditions upon which returns/exchanges can be made:
- Within 30 days from original invoice date.
- Order must be in original condition and
that has not been opened or altered in any way.
- All returns must be sent to 346 Grand Cypress
Ave. #404, Palmdale, CA 93551 in the package was originally shipped from. No boxes
will be accepted without an RGA number. This number is assigned by a ExpressPaint
customer service representative.
- Must have a copy of the original invoice.
Remember, most paint related issues can be solved before the paint is ever applied
to the actual piece being refinished. Always perform a sprayout or color check before
painting your car!! This cannot be overemphasized. ExpressPaint is not responsible
for paint that has been applied to a vehicle that does not match. A sprayout will
eliminate any application or color problems before they can get out of control.
