Order Processing:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail from ExpressPaint. To check on the status of your order,
please visit "
My Account" page on our website.
Typically, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Many times, it leaves the same day it's ordered, except on
holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
If you did not receive any confirmation e-mails, it is possible
that you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, you
have set spam guard to block e-mails, or your order is on
hold requiring some verification from you. For questions and/or

Payments:
ExpressPaint will accept payment via Visa, Master Card, PayPal,
and Money Order. Any other methods will not be accepted. For
payments by money order, please read How
To Order Paint? carefully before placing an order. |

Shipping
Information:
All touch-up pens and jars will
be shipped by US Mail and we can ship to 48 continental U.S,
Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses. This is the most economical
and quickest method for small shipments. Anything larger than
touch-up pens and jars will be shipped via FedEx and we can
only ship to a physical address (no PO Box) in the 48 continental
U.S and Canada only.
Canada Orders:
All touch-up pens and jars will be shipped by US Mail to Canada.
Anything larger will be shipped via FedEx, however, shipping
via FedEx will have a $10 shipping surcharge on top of the
regular shipping fee charged on the web site, which will be
added to your total when we process your order. If you pay
via PayPal, please send us a $10 shipping surcharge via PayPal
to support@expresspaint.com.
International
Orders (other than Canada) :
*ExpressPaint
is now offering International shipping again. All ExpressPaint
color codes and formulas are based on U.S standards. Non-US
vehicles can have the same color code, but have a slightly
different color. ExpressPaint is not liable for color variations
with international orders.*
We can only ship 1/2 oz. touch up pens and/or 2 oz. touch
up jars to international addresses. There will be an additional
$5 shipping charge on top of the regular shipping fee charged
on the web site. All orders sent outside US are shipped via
United Parcel Service.
International Orders (including Canada) :
The transit time for international shipments varies based
on the point of export and the destination country or region.
Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
or recipient. These items are not isured and ExpressPaint
can not be held responsible for lost or miplaced orders.
Express Shipping:
We cannot accept orders for Next-Day, 2nd-Day, 3-Day Air or
any other express shipping methods. We have a special shipping
license through these companies for shipping paint and therefore
can not ship DHL, Airborne Express, etc. |

Undeliverable Packages:
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable
and returned to ExpressPaint.com, we will notify you via e-mail
that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery
attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
ExpressPaint will not re-ship any order that is classified
as undeliverable and returned to us. If you would still like
to purchase the items that were undeliverable, please place
a new order through our website. |

State Sales Tax:
California residents: We will charge California state sales tax of
9.25% for all of our products including shipping & handing charges. |

Returns, Cancellations, and Color
Issues:
ExpressPaint is very serious about customer satisfaction. We rarely have to exchange or have paint returned, but occasionally situations arise where is nesses
- Verify Your Color Code
Check the color code on your vehicle and make sure you selected
the correct year for your vehicle when you placed your order.
We are not responsible if you entered the wrong code or
vehicle year
- Verifying the Color Match
Always test the color with a test panel BEFORE you apply
it to your vehicle. Compare the test panel with the color
of your vehicle to be sure you have an accurate match.
- Returns
We will not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days of
your invoice date. We will accept no returns without a return
authorization number. You cannot return opened or used paint
for any reason. All paint is custom mixed for you when you
place the order.
Unused and unopened, including cans of color, products can be returned and are subject
to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be shipped at
your expense.
- Cancellations
After you submit your order, you cannot cancel your order.
All orders are processed immediately and once processed
are subject to the same policy as returns.
- Refusing an Order
If you refuse an order you will not receive a refund. The
order was custom made for you.
- Color Match Problems
Occasionally we encounter a color match problem. There are
a number of reasons this can happen. Please check the following:
Did you select the correct vehicle year? Did you enter the
correct color code? Was your car repainted and perhaps the
color was changed or not an exact match? Is your paint faded
from the sun or age?
Please verify this information. If you determine that all
the information is correct, please contact us and we will
begin the process of getting you the correct color.
